GENERAL QUESTIONS ABOUT THE CERTIFICATION:
Can I practice anywhere in North America?
Upon completion of your education, you are eligible to practice world wide.
Is this Certification a recognized academic degree?
Our certifications are recognized by the World Organization of Natural Medicine (WONM):
Where can I get liability insurance for my practice?
Upon registration with the Board of Natural Medicine Doctors and Practitioners you can apply for liability insurance. For more information please visit the link below:

PAYMENT QUESTIONS:
How do I pay for the Certification course?
A payment of 50% is required to secure your spot in the Certification course. The remaining 50% must be made 14 days prior to the starting date of the course.
What is your refund policy?
Cancellations made 5 weeks before the course start date, receive a full refund.
Cancellations made 4 weeks before the course start date, receive a credit towards a future certification course to be used within one year. In the event of a price increase for the same course you registered for, you'll be responsible to pay the difference in price.
Any attendee can receive full refund up until the end of the first days training. The training manuals will be given out in the morning of the second day of training. After you receive your manual(s), there is no refund.

How can I access my course material & bonuses?
After we receive your initial 50% payment, you'll be automatically enrolled into our Practitioner Portal. You'll receive an email with login information to the email address you registered with. If you do not see this email, please check your spam folder.
DISCOUNTS:
Do I receive discounts on Doc of Detox products after becoming Certified?
After you become certified, you're eligible for wholesale/distributor pricing. Discounts vary up to 40% off on all DOC OF DETOX products. You'll be granted access to the Wholesale Portal to make your purchases online. An email will be sent to register after you complete the course.
Do I get a discount after my first Certification?
Returning students receive a 30% discount on repeat Certifications. All returning practitioners will receive a coupon code after completing their first course.
COURSE CHANGES:
Can I switch to a different course at any time?
Please email Tarra Erickson at tarra@docofdetoc.com. She will check course availability to ensure there is room for you. This change must be approved as there is limited space available for each course.
TRAVEL QUESTIONS:
Will we have to have a PCR test?
You can book an appointment for a PCR test with the front desk staff at the Ixtapa Palace.
I want to know my rights and procedures for entering back into Canada from Mexico.
Please check with who you are flying with and what country you are from. Call Dr. Wolfe at 1-855-900-4544 ext 5 and he will help.
Is it recommended to purchase travel insurance?
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance in the event of cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances.
How do I get to the Ixtapa Palace from the airport?
An airport pick up is included with any certification course. In order to book a pick up, please email the following information to Tarra at tarra@docofdetox.com
- Flight itinerary
- Upon boarding your last flight into Zihuatanejo to confirm your flight is on time (Flights are often delayed or changed; therefore, if you do not send us these two pieces of information we will NOT pick you up and you'll have to take a taxi.)
Exit the airport and take a left. Follow the sidewalk & cross the street at the overhand into the parking lot. Our grey van will be waiting for you.
Does the price of the certification include hotel & flight?
No. The cost of the certification does not include hotel & flight. Lodging information of where to stay will be sent via email upon course sign up.
MASTER PRACTITIONER QUESTIONS:
What does it mean to become a Master Practitioner?
To become a Master Practitioner, you must take the certification courses three times. We refer patients to Master Practitioners once they have completed their practicum hours.
MASTER TRAINER QUESTIONS:
What does it mean to become a Master Trainer?
A master trainer aids the ITIOH team in teaching certification courses. We will also refer Personal Treatment & Trainings in your area.
To become a Master Trainer, you must:
- Complete The New World Practitioner certification course three times
- Aid in training two New World Practitioner certification courses
- Complete a minimum of 250 practicum hours of Wolfe Non Surgical
- Sage Wolfe will evaluate your technique upon completion of your 250 practicum hours. Please note, some practitioners may need more practicum hours to be completely qualified as a Master Trainer.
